From preparing the required manpower budget based on selection criteria contain (position, package, department, employee and vacant or non-vacant position) knowing that the system will calculate the required budget automatically for each post either this post is vacant or not
Work Flow (approval cycle)
The work follow module is designed to cover the approvals cycles for any function at any level or stage and the system cover any function related to DMS modules need work flow using many types of notifications (Mails, SMS and mobiles application) to facilitate the approving cycles.

Employees’ Basic Data
It is to maintain employees’ basic data. It consists of several screens to ease entering employees’ data, such as name, social status, contract data, ID, job description, and other data for the Personnel Master File. The user can use the previously defined codes in the tables and can always be instructed to obtain the codes defined in the tables instead of entering them by hand using very helpful browsers.
Reports and Inquiries
Different and flexible programs with wide selection criteria to help the user find out the information required about any of his employees immediately. Some of the inquiries provided by the system are: Employees in Certain Department, Employees in Certain Jobs, Employees with Certain Qualifications, Employees According to Transactions and Employees According to their Military Status.
This function comprises the following functions: off days, official leaves, vacation setup and rules, vacations balances for an employee, and vacations registry. These functions include the rules related to vacations with their different types (annual, casual, sick leave, unpaid leave), rules of absence such as permission, frequency, penalties, recording official leaves, recording employees’ leaves balances (used to enter the employee's leave with his different types and validations for the rules defined by the user through the system setup).
Payroll provides management with tools to manage, control and analyze all aspects of payroll expenditure. It also offers a fast movement to the automated payroll system. In a short time, the user adapts the system that will suit the needs of the company. It also supports different taxes and insurance rules.
