For DMS, the last few years have been extremely successful across all areas of our organization. As a result of our long-term commitment to high-quality development, we became the Middle East and Africa’s largest software producers in the Healthcare, finance ,and industrial sector. Due to the continuing research & development, and the accumulated business knowledge, DMS achieved an impressive growth record. My first vision was to gain the insight of the KNOW HOW to enter the software world with steady steps. In the past, there was a big shortage in the Arabic solutions for the healthcare ,finance, and manufacturing fields : thus we studied the international market ,and drew our plan on such studies to start our own total solutions. Why total? Being on different platforms ,satisfying the different requirements of our customers , providing bilingual systems (Arabic/English)to suit the needs of the Arab world ,and multilingual systems to suit the ever –growing European market are some of the characteristics that render DMS ’solutions as the most perfect ones.
This global strategy has led to the successful positioning of DMS as a leading software manufacturer for bilingual solutions in the Middle East and Africa . Adding to this , DMS has a rich portfolio of solutions that cover most of the fields of life, which is not available in any other company.
The market in which we compete is currently experiencing significant growth while undergoing major consolidation. Our challenge is to continue occupying the leadership role by investing in cost-effective infrastructure improvements of both people and technology. Our relentless pursuit for the cutting –edge technology in the software solution world will go on well beyond markets requirements & our competitor’s capabilities.
Among our strategy elements is to gain leadership and supremacy for our software products. A significant portion of the proceeds of DMS ’initial public offering is being used to pursue a number of research and development –related initiatives.
We continue to develop our existing range of products and staff. To assure our current and new customers that we offer highly functional solutions with rapid, quality implementations CMMI Based processes and excellent post sales support. We are very optimistic about the fruitful rewarding of our contributions the future will bring to the world.
