DMS-Health Hub provides the non medical users with the ability to share his information to be easily used in any urgent health situation. The user can not only add his personal information, but also his medical information, his medical reports and his family history.
Health Hub Tabs
Personal info tab:
This tab is to show previously entered personal data related to the user. You can either edit the existing data or add the missing ones.
This tab is used either to enter your different allergies (food, medicines, animalsâ€¦ etc). Categorized by its degree to help physician in determining the medication that doesnâ€™t conflict with them.
This tab is used to add medications taken by the patient, a piece of information that the physician will sure need to know either he was his medication physician or not.
This tab is used to add all contacts that can be used in emergency cases.
Family history tab
This tab is used to add your family illness history.
This tab is used to add infectious disease to which you are made immune by the administration of the vaccine.
This tab is used to add all the data related to the insurance plan to which you belong.
This tab is used to add all data related to the procedures done for you.
Follow up tab:
This tab is used to add all the data related to the case follow up.
This tab is used to add all the different measures of the patient's diabetes disease if exists.
Panic button tab
This tab is used to send emergency message to the emergency contact asking for help.
My files tab
This tab is used to attach any file related to you such as (lab reports, radiology report, prescriptionsâ€¦â€¦ etc).
This tab used to display charts for the patient's added data. These charts show a fast history about the patient's case.
E- services tab:
This tab is used to provide different services via the internet. It includes five sub tabs each has its own functionality.
This tab is used to display a map that includes all the nearest hospitals to user's current location.
This tab is used to display some information about DMS company along with the link to our website.
