IDMS Accounts Payable (ACP) manages any company supplier relationships. It supports several payable methods, and when integrated with cash management module it helps you avoid overdrafts of your bank accounts.

FUNCTIONALITY

Invoice Maintenance

the user can record the supplier invoice in the system and specify how he will pay (cash or not) the invoice, currency, process number…etc.
Payment

the user can record any cash/cheques payments with the supplier. These payments could be an installment invoice, a deposit to the supplier…etc.
Posting Journal Entries

the user can choose to post the journal entries yields according to the supplier transactions, invoice paymentsâ€¦etc.
Inquiries / Reports

provides the user with wide flexible on-line programs with different selection criteria that gives the user the facility to get the information he needs.
