IDMS GENERAL LEDGER

IDMS General Ledger module is the core of IDMS. The system is designed not only to provide necessary accumulation
for financial information supporting the accounting function, but also to allow the analysis of information on which management decisions are based.

FUNCTIONALITY

System Setup
functions are used to enter the system configuration rules and parameters used by the system in performing the transaction in other functions.
Transactions
functions consist mainly of two parts. The first is General Journal Entries where the user can record journal entries. The second is Daily Posting which consists of seven different reports that gives the user the ability to review the document.
Closing
is used for the end year closing and it mainly consists of two features. The first is Currencies Exchange Rate Re-evaluation. The second is End of year function.
Reports and Inquiries
function enables the user to obtain a variety of reports that covers all the management requirements and helps in the decision making and taking.
