IDMS INVENTORY

IDMS Inventory is developed to give management the information it needs at the right time about the current status of the stored inventory items on various levels. Inventory includes functions of stocking, evaluating, as well as performing the physical inventory to make year-to-year postings.

FUNCTIONALITY

Tables
In Tables tab, you define codes of customers, projects, departments, reason, and insurance companies
Master Files
Through Master Files tab, you can define costing and issuing methods, inventory item numbering and serialization, security levels.
Main Programs
Through these functions, you can classify inventory items according to their issuing quantities to realize which items have great demand.
Reports
Reports function provides you with reports about Tables, Master Files, and Main Programs tabs.
