IDMS PAYROLL

IDMS Payroll provides the management with tools to manage, control, and analyze all the aspects of payroll expenditure. The system offers a fast movement to an automated payroll system. In a short time, the user adapts the system that will suit the needs of the organization. It also supports different taxes and insurance rules.

FUNCTIONALITY

System Setup
mainly contains on-line programs that allow the user to define different kinds of data and tables.
Payroll tables define many various data related to the company and workforce salaries.
File Maintenance
is used to enter the data related to employees, such as their personal data, payroll data, and it mainly contains the Employee Payroll Elements function.
Payroll Calculation and Journal Entry
contains four programs. Monthly payroll calculation is a calculation program where the user is asked to confirm the beginning of the calculation for the given month.

General Ledger system
generates a number of reports such as Setup Reports, Customer Orders Reports, Sales Person – Orders Report, Promoted Order Report, Regions-Sales Persons Reports, Aging Report, Collection Report, Item Allocation Report, etc .
Monthly Reports
The system comprises different and flexible criteria to print monthly reports, such as income reports, deduction report, pay-slip, job cost report, teller reportâ€¦ etc.
Annual tax Settlement
This function calculates the tax settlement for the employees and prepares reports for credit and debit tax settlement, as well as general income certificate.
