IDMS Personnel allows users to obtain concise and accurate information for the control and planning of manpower.
The system is flexible enough to be tailored to suit the demands of any company and to adopt any new policy regarding personnel.

FUNCTIONALITY

System Setup
is the function where the user can specify both the rules and general codes that will be used through the system.
System General Tables
function contains around thirty programs that can define the different codes into the company to be used later on the system programs while defining the employees or their transactions.
Employeesâ€™ Basic Data
function is to maintain the employeesâ€™ basic data. It consists of several screens to facilitate entering the employee’s data.
Employeeâ€™s Variable Data
comprises several programs for recording different variable data for the employees.

Vacations
function comprises the following functions: Off Days, Official Leaves, Vacation setup and Rules, Vacations Balances for an Employee, and Vacations Registry.
Posting
comprises functions such as Posting Vacations to next year ,Posting Vacations to Payroll and Posting Penalties to Payroll.
Inquiries / Reports
are different and flexible programs with wide selection criteria to help the user find out the information required to know about any of his employees immediately.
Integration with Image
allows the user to capture/view all the employee’s manual documents.
