SHOP FLOOR CONTROL

IDMS Shop Floor Control allows the user to enter and maintain the actual production status of the work orders, to modify the predefined routing and to use one of the alternative routings. Materials may be allocated automatically or manually. Operation and material are printed and issued among the workload of the production stream. This system allows the user to configure the item structure using different attributes.

FUNCTIONALITY

Reports Generator
Generates a number of reports that enable the user to identify open shop orders, status of any shop order, and measurement of production of work centers.
Shop Order Release
Used to release a shop order to be effectively started and to begin tracking the order status. At this stage material and capacity availability will be checked, according to the parameters defined in the systems
Shop Order Reporting
Used to post the actual status of the order on the system. The collected data ties the accurate hours and quantity produced from a specific order.

Pre-forma Shop Order Status Reporting
You can define all inventory transactions that can be applied to a particular production order.
Shop Order Close Out
You can define all inventory transactions that can be applied to a particular production order.
